General Terms & Conditions

  • Ensures that all the pest controlling activities are done under the agreement between both parties. 
  • To honour all warranty commitments with prompt attention.
  • To attend and resolve consumer complaints abruptly. 
  • To get feedback and calls every day and visit locations the same day.

Contract Terms & Conditions

In the contract agreement, two parties will be involved customers and our team. This contract is for the safety of both the customers and our team. 

  • Our top priority is to satisfy the customer with our expertise. 
  • The customer will make payments to Makhdoom services according to the agreement. 
  • Our pest control services will be regularly taken according to the agreement.
  • We will leave a written report about our work and your home’s condition after every visit.

Liability

  • Makhdoom services do not accept any liability for loss, injury, and damage. 
  • Our customer care team can only handle such a situation, so you should contact them and explain the issue. 

Termination Or End of Contract

  • The contract can be terminated anytime by both customers or our experts if they find anyone breaching the contract obligations. 
  • Else contract will end on its mention date after completion of work. 

After completion of our services, you will get a call for taking feedback about our team. Don’t forget to give your excellent feedback as it helps us to grow and improve our faults

Changes in Terms & Conditions

All the terms and conditions are made and applied according to the company’s law. It can be changed according to the time and requirements. But you will be notified when any such changes will occur.
